It was formed by merging three international brands: the student housing company Nexo Residencias, Uninest Student Residents, and the Ucomm U.S. operations that were previously under Global Student Accommodation, the leading real estate investment and asset manager. Yugo will have 110 properties in nine countries with more than 42,000 beds, spanning from Seattle to Melbourne. Yugo has 29 living spaces in the U.S. that span 19 states. These include cities like Philadelphia, PA, Columbia MO, Minneapolis MN, Seattle WA, as well as college towns such Madison, WI and Tempe, AZ.

Yugo and students will work together to create a better world for both the Earth and their own future.
