Konik, a leading staffing agency for technical positions in the Midwest makes the hiring process personal by creating true connections with everyone and treating them like family. This value was instilled by our founders in each team member.
George Konik, an Electrical Engineer with a degree in 1974, founded Konik. George Konik sold his company in June 2000 to Brad Konik who is the current President. George's son Brad Konik inherited George's passion for hockey.
Tom Goettl, Vice President and Part-Owner of the company, returned in 2009 to the business. Tom Goettl, who had previously worked with George and Brad, believed strongly in the future and reputation of the company.
In 2016, the company purchased PrimeStaff, a highly respected technical staffing agency founded by Kathy Carlsen & Troy Harper. Konik Primestaff was formed as a result.
Konik is the new name of our rebranded business. We continue to be the leading technical staffing company in Minneapolis/St. Our rebranded company now bears the name Konik, and we continue to be a leading technical staffing agency in the Minneapolis/St. Our founders values of integrity, sincerity, honesty, and follow-through guide us in creating relationships that go beyond professional transactions--connecting our partners with top talent in architecture, engineering, and manufacturing.
