We didn't complicate things when we opened in 1989 under the name Mr. Goodcents Subs and Pastas. We put all our effort into the bread, which is at the heart of every great sandwich. Our Founder's Famous Bread has the best taste and is the softest bread available. It is baked twice a day by our highly-trained staff to ensure it is fresh. We then use our own in-house slicer for the addition of quality cheeses and meats. The customers can choose from a variety of sauces and toppings that are freshly prepared, but Goodcents customers know the Standard Dress: lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil vinegar, salt and pepper. You're done.
